In August 2026, Bilibili relaunched its international app and dropped the passport check that had kept most people outside China from ever creating an account. Within days, searches for the app climbed sharply in Pakistan.
What those searches returned was a mess. Three separate Android apps carry the Bilibili name. Their icons look nearly the same. The one with over a hundred million installs, and therefore the one that fills most search results, does not show anime or user videos to anyone outside Southeast Asia. People here were installing it, finding an app that seemed broken, and giving up.
Nobody had written that down. This site started to fix that.
What we publish
We cover one thing properly rather than many things thinly:

How we check things
Every page on this site follows the same rules.
We test on Pakistani networks. Claims about sign up, verification codes and carrier behaviour come from trying it here, not from rewriting somebody else’s guide. Where we have not tested something ourselves, we say so.
We check the store listing, not the press release. Publisher names, package names, content ratings and availability come from the live Google Play and App Store listings. We recheck them weekly.
We do not publish numbers that go stale. You will not find a version number or a file size on our download page. Both change every few weeks, and a wrong number on a download page is worse than no number.
We say when we do not know. The iOS release has no date. The English website is not live. Regional availability is still rolling out. We write that plainly instead of guessing.
We correct mistakes in public. When we get something wrong, we fix the page and note what changed rather than quietly editing it.
What we do not do
We do not host application files. Every download button on this site opens the publisher’s own listing on Google Play. We have no upload feature and no mirror.
This matters for a practical reason. Files distributed through third party mirrors are re-signed before they are handed out, so the signature no longer matches what the publisher released and there is no way to verify what changed inside. For a free app with an active official rollout, there is nothing to gain from that risk.

This site is run by Hamza Ali, based in Khushab, Pakistan.
We are not employed by, funded by, or connected to Bilibili Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. Nobody pays us to recommend the app.
